Key team roles
TalentLabs may support different recruiter roles depending on your organization setup.
Role | Typical permissions |
Admin | Full access to company settings, billing, team, jobs, and applicants |
Recruiter | Can create jobs, manage applicants, and assign jobs to hiring managers |
Hiring Manager | Can review applicants and provide hiring feedback |
Profile Editor | Can edit and manage company profile page |
Team | Can view selected job or applicant information only |
Best practices
Keep your job descriptions clear and specific. Strong job postings usually include the role summary, responsibilities, required skills, preferred qualifications, salary range, work arrangement, and hiring process.
Use automatic workflows when handling a large number of applicants. Use manual workflows when the role requires deeper judgement, portfolio review, or close hiring manager involvement.
