Recommended setup flow

For the best experience, complete these steps first:

  1. Set up your company profile
Add your company name, logo, industry, location, and company description.

  2. Invite your hiring team
Add recruiters, hiring managers, or interview reviewers.

  3. Add billing or credits
Make sure your company has enough credits to publish jobs or run premium hiring features.

  4. Create your first job posting
Add the job details, requirements, salary range, and application settings.

  5. Choose a hiring workflow
Use an automatic workflow for faster screening, or a manual workflow for more control.

Key team roles

TalentLabs may support different recruiter roles depending on your organization setup.

Role

Typical permissions

Hiring Manager

Best practices

Keep your job descriptions clear and specific. Strong job postings usually include the role summary, responsibilities, required skills, preferred qualifications, salary range, work arrangement, and hiring process.

Use automatic workflows when handling a large number of applicants. Use manual workflows when the role requires deeper judgement, portfolio review, or close hiring manager involvement.
