A Level represents the seniority and experience associated with a role. The expectations for someone new to a field are very different from those for a seasoned veteran who leads teams. Selecting the right level ensures your learning path is tailored to the correct depth and breadth of knowledge.
We offer three distinct levels:
Junior Level
Experience: Corresponds to 0-2 years of professional experience (YoE).
Focus: Learning the core tools of the role, completing well-defined tasks with guidance, and understanding fundamental team processes.
Mid-Level
Experience: Corresponds to 3-5 years of professional experience (YoE).
Focus: Working independently on projects, solving common tasks without supervision, and starting to contribute to planning and strategy.
Senior Level
Experience: Corresponds to 6-10+ years of professional experience (YoE).
Focus: Leading complex projects, mentoring junior team members, influencing strategy, and handling ambiguous challenges with confidence.
