  • 🎯 Focus for Growth: Exploring is great, but mastering one role shows real expertise to employers.

How to Switch Your Active Role πŸ”„

Changing your primary role is simple. Your active role is the one that appears on your "My Skills" dashboard, showing your progress and requirements breakdown.

To switch, simply visit the Choose Role page: https://www.talentlabs.org/skills/choose-role

Once there, you can select a new role and level to focus on. Your progress in your previous roles is always saved, so you can switch back at any time without losing your work.

Earning Multiple Verified Roles πŸ…

You are not limited to just one career path on TalentLabs. We encourage you to diversify your skills, and you can earn verification for multiple roles.

For example, you can be a verified Junior Backend Engineer and a verified AI Practitioner at the same time. Both badges will be proudly displayed on your profile, showcasing your unique and versatile skill set to employers and peers.

A Quick Tip for Your Career Strategy 🎯

While you have the freedom to explore, we want to offer some advice to help you get the most out of TalentLabs for your career development.

We encourage you to explore different roles in the early stages to find out what truly excites you. However, instead of constantly jumping between roles and leaving them all partially completed, we recommend that you eventually choose one to dive deep into.

Why? Employers and hiring managers value depth and proven expertise. A completed, verified role is a powerful signal that you have the dedication and comprehensive skills needed for the job. Focusing your efforts on fully mastering one role map at a time is the most effective strategy for advancing your career.
