Welcome aboard! TalentLabs is designed to streamline your career growth. Follow these four steps to set up your account and start landing opportunities.

Step 1: Build Your Foundation

Don't start from scratch. Go to the Profile section and use our AI CV Builder.

  • Upload your current resume or enter your details manually.

  • Let the AI suggest professional phrasing and format it to be ATS-friendly.

  • Why? Your profile data powers the job and course recommendations you see later.

Step 2: Define Your Path

Unsure what skills you are missing? Head to the Skills Module.

  • Select your target career (e.g., "Data Analyst").

  • View the Role-Based Skills Map to see exactly what the industry requires.

  • Identify the gap between your current skills and the role requirements.

Step 3: Learn and Verify

Now that you know what you need, close the gap:

  • Learn: Use the Learn Module to take courses on your missing skills.

  • Verify: Take skill assessments in the Skills Module. Earning a "Verified" badge boosts your visibility to recruiters by proving your competency.

Step 4: Apply with Confidence

Visit the Jobs Module to browse curated listings.

  • Look for the "High Match" tag—these are jobs that match your Verified Skills and Profile.

  • Apply directly using the CV you built in Step 1.
